Abstract

Food is one of the basic need of every human being. The traditional concept of food was cooking food at home which has now being taken by the fast food restaurants. In India the fast food restaurant is one of the growing industry. McDonald, KFC, Pizza Hut and Domino's are the well known brands. The fast food restaurants provide shelter and quick service. The research paper aims to analyse the changing consumption habits of consumers, Why they prefer and also their perception and satisfaction level towards fast food centres. From the study it has been found that the respondents are satisfied with the quality, taste and services provided by the fast food centres. They go to centres for variety of foods available. Respondents go weekly and spend 500–1000 rupees and they mostly go for celebrations
