“Impact of social media networks on behavioral aspects of college students in Surat city”

This paper addresses the issue of college student's addiction towards social media networks which is considered one of the most important factors affecting on behavioral aspects of college students in surat city. We were conducted a research on the issue and the findings are presented and analyzed in the content of this paper. The objective of the research was to analyze the impact of social media by students’ age, gender, education and social influence and to evaluate why mostly people use and addicted with social networking websites and applications. The paper argues against the positive and negative impact of social media network addiction. This research has made it possible to identify the most relevant behavioral dimension of human resources addiction towards social media networks. The last part of the paper includes some recommendations for the college students to stay away from negative impact of social media networks.
