Abstract

In this paper we analysed the challenges faced by the SME'S in exporting and to determine whether the CRM tools are beneficial to the companies and also the perception of the employees about the CRM applicationusing datacollected from small and medium-sized industries in Hyderabad in the state of Telangana (INDIA). The study begins with the assessment of the research questions:

What are the export challenges faced by SMEs in Hyderabad in the state of Telangana?

What is the perception of the employees in SMEs about the application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools?
