The study progresses with the idea that there can be variations in the levels of career aspiration and career satisfaction due to the differences in the work experience and educational qualification of the employees. The results reveal positive correlation of overall career aspiration, achievement aspiration and educational aspiration with career satisfaction and insignificant correlation between leadership aspiration and career satisfaction. Significant variations in career satisfaction level have been observed across work experience and educational qualification.
