Mobile technology has evolved a great deal and the end of the 20th century has seen the dawn of the technology convergence. The most startling fact is the number of Mobile Phone Subscribers in India, reached 584 Million in March 2010 an increase by 48.98% from the previous year. In April 2010, it became 601 Million. The most plausible scenario is that mobile phones will slowly turn into tiny, ultra-portable computers, able to carry out a huge array of functions besides voice communication.
