Papilion Lefevre syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive genetic disorder, which is characterized by palmarplantar hyperkeratosis, with rapidly progressive periodontitis and premature loss of both deciduous and permanent teeth. The etiology of PLS is multifactorial with genetic, immunological, and microbial factors playing a role in etiopathogenesis. This is a case report of prosthodontic rehabilitation of a 14-year-old boy with Papillon-Lefevre syndrome.
