The probable reasons behind this are found out through this work. Current research paper focuses on effectiveness of ERP with special reference to Decision making.

Computerization in Cooperative sugar industry is considered from simple applications like MS Excel up to Sugar ERP. These systems are used from stand alone PCs up to a huge LANS. Even smart cards are created and maintained by MIS departments.
