Employee Engagement and Work Culture Compliment each Other at Bhilai Steel Plant

Employee engagement is a must now days in industries and everywhere. This helps the boss to analyze their employee's performance and accordingly further steps to be taken/an engaged employee is always willing to work with a smile on their face. Our study on this topic also moves in the same direction. The main motive is to find out how much the employees are engaged at shop floor in Blast Furnace department of Bhilai Steel Plant. During the study certain questions were focused to analyze the employee's engagement at work place/This includes the response of employees of a particular department of BSP. To test this idea we have framed questionnaire which was circulated among the shop floor employees including white color employees also. This gives an idea about employee employment and work culture. The questions were based on Gallup 12 question survey which is the base of employee engagement survey
