Evaluation of the role of Information Management System in administrative change: a review study

The creation and application of management information systems is essential in all the fields, particularly organization management. Managers’ engagement in the analysis and design of the information systems is essential, and this issue has an important role both in terms of the systems design based on their needs and preventing the accumulation of data and data retention. Today, the creation and development of management information systems has become inevitable in organizations; because these systems provide the necessary information to inform the managers of various levels in the organization and help them to make the appropriate decisions for leadership and control. In general we can say that the management information system and administrative development are in a same direction. As to make changes in the administrative system we need strong management and sufficient, comprehensive and accurate information, also to change the Information Management System we are dealing with administrative staff and agents. The management information system that is applied properly and has a strong management with efficient and useful information will have a positive effect on the appropriate and growing development of the administrative system. So that, the wrong management of information systems leads to the inefficient changes, and has negative effects on the organizations.
