Abstract

This paper suggest a model for all the properties registered, we propose a model to have a better look at the prices of properties available in India. This study examines the current state of urban and rural housing developments in India and it looks forward to the future needs of housing in India in various states. This study analyzes the role of the housing market in the Indian economy. We review the literature and assess the interdependence between the housing price index and its macroeconomic determinants within a specified framework. The model is tested based on the information available from census 2001. Also, we find the desire to develop a online model for the betterment of the society and government. This would provide a transparency between the seller and buyer and this would also eliminate the commission of middlemen.
