The aim of the present research to investigate the occupational stress pattern and its relation with job satisfaction in male and female engineers. 150 engineers were administrated occupational stress index and job satisfaction scale. The obtained scores were computed by applying critical ratio and regression analysis. The results indicate that there is significant difference between male and female engineers in organizational stress patterns. Organizational stress level found high among male engineers. On the other hand three out of twelve stressors have been found as predictor variables for job satisfaction in the study.
