Entrepreneurship is an essential catalyst in the process of economic growth of both underdeveloped and developing countries. In general there is reluctance among the youth towards entrepreneurship. The present study was undertaken to examine the factors motivating the VHSE students to enter into entrepreneurship. The study also has tried to analyze the demographic characteristics of VHSE students in Trivandrum District of Kerala State. The sample size of the study was 600 final year VHSE students who were selected from rural, semi urban and urban schools. In this study the researcher analysed various factors which influences the VHSE students to enter into entrepreneurship.
