Fall in Oil Price has been the talk of world recently as it's a major issue in Middle East Countries. Oil and gas industry and real estate forms a major part of the GCC economies. This paper aims to study the fall in oil prices and its impact on the real estates in Oman. The research philosophy used in this study was phenomenology as it takes in detail about the social phenomena to resolve the problem. Deductive approach is used as research approach as the research going to develop the hypothesis and test the hypothesis. Ethnography as the research strategy is used to carry out the research without any difficulty. The research design used in this study was descriptive analysis and sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Here two sets of samples will be collected from the people who are dealing in Oil industries and people who are working in real estate sector in Oman.
