Abstract

Life is spontaneously flowing on this earth. This is well regulated by both cosmic and personal laws. Human being is having freedom of doing duty as per his own wish. Life has definite charisma but very often we do not able to recognize this. Many talk about lifestyle in various ways. Behaviours, attitudes, perceptions, planning etc. are closely associated with lifestyle. Many argue that at this modern time level of stress among employees is remaining high and life styles are responsible for this stress. As compared to ancient days at present lifestyles of many are changed due to technological improvements/These days’ people live very comfortable life with new, new inventions enjoying frequently. But running behind matter gives comfort but no peace. Attaching mind in only material development does not signify life's purpose properly/Due to gap between personal and outer world's perceptions a man gets confusion. Various desires acquire place in mind and a man tries to fulfil these. But while these are not fulfilled he gets tension, anger, unhappiness and unpleasantness grows. Stress has many folds of appearance in life. For much stress is one unsolved problem. Very often few employees consult doctors to recover from stress but it is noticed that medication does not able to remove stress. That is why such a study comes in mind to know about spirituality and its practice that guides lifestyle and brings happiness. Going deep to this study and doing assessment we know that spiritually remains with life as guiding path. Only we need to discover this within ourselves. Study confirms that lifestyle expressed by practice of spirituality of a person definitely helps in controlling stress. Hope this study will be beneficial.
