This paper is an attempt to study the relationship of parental attachment and adjustment. The variables included in this study are parental attachment and adjustment. Parental attachment may be defined as the emotional link that formed between a child and a caregiver, and it is thought to physically bind people over time whereas adjustment refers to the harmonious relationship between the person and the environment. Sample consists of 30 adolescents. The tools used to assess the parental attachment and adjustment is Inventory of parent and peer attachment (IPP!) and Bell's Adjustment Inventory respectively. Pearson correlation was used to see the relationship between parental attachment and adjustment. The results revealed that there exists a positive low correlation between parental attachment and adjustment among adolescents that is boys and girls.
