The present study has been done to analyze the entrepreneurial skills of the VHSE students with special reference to Trivandrum district of Kerala state. This analysis will give an opportunity to understand the skills which mould the VHSE students to motivate them to enter into entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is an essential catalyst in the process of economic growth of both underdeveloped and developing countries. In general there is reluctance among the youth towards entrepreneurship. The study also has tried to analyze the demographic profile of VHSE students in the study area. The sample size of the study was 600 final year VHSE students who were selected from rural, semi urban and urban schools. The scope of the study includes the analysis of personal profile and entrepreneurship skills of the VHSE students. To give a geographical balance to the sample, the schools of urban, semi urban and rural were selected.
