Abstract

The major aim of this research to find demographic and TAM model design employee engagement practices among of micro small and medium enterprises (MSME) in Tamilnadu. The nature of the research is exploratory method, and the sample size is 554employees of micro small and medium enterprises (MSME) in Tamilnadu and data collection method used in the research is “Questionnaire Method”. Data will be analyzed by using SPSS 20.0. Findings, suggestions and conclusions were made based on the research objectives.
