Market Performance of Real Estate sector in Chandigarh and its Neighbouring Towns and Cities and its

The present study has been carried to find out the market performance of real estate sector of Chandigarh and its neighbouring towns and cities. Also the relationship between market conduct and market performance of the real estate sector has been analysed. The study is based on data collected through primary survey. The study uses the average values of the factors analysing performance and the average values of sum of gaps (difference between expected and perceived values of various dimensions of conduct). The tools of correlation and regression were used on the same to find the results.
