Human resource management practices in Indian railways

This paper focus on the review of literature of HRM practices in Indian railways. The objective of this study is to identify the various HRM practices followed by railways and how it helps in the management of employee. In this paper, an attempt has been made to provide an overview of different outlook of Human Resource Management practices by the reviewing the available literature. The data has been collected from various books, journals, doctoral thesis, magazines, reports, internet sites and newspapers.
