Depleted Uranium Violates Human Right in the Environment

This paper discusses the violation of the weapon of depleted uranium against the human right in the environment. The international conventions concerning human rights and its basic freedoms do not only involve the rights provided by the majority of the constitutions such as the right of human in health, the right to possession, the right to work, the right to sue, and the right to set a meeting, but now they are also providing other new kind of rights like the right of enjoying a clean and appropriate environment. This study will be conducted through doctrinal approach; data will be collected through secondary source by examining the contribution of scholars in the field of law. The current research will try to clarify that the weapon of depleted uranium violates human right in the environment due to its dangerous impacts on the human and environment.
