The Specific ICT Tools Enable Disabled Students

Some specific ICT tools enable the students with disabilities by providing them with learning opportunities, capabilities and also increase potential of the Disabled in different situations in life. These specific ICT tools enabling disabled students to participate fully in the social and economic life. ICT offers the students an opportunity to overcome social barriers to interaction and communication. Students with different disabilities require assistance and support in their learning. The use of some specific ICT tools can make a major part in shaping the knowledge and skills of these students. We need to develop and identify some specific ICT tools which meet the requirements of all disabled students by overcoming the traditional barriers to mobility and geographic distance; In this paper I'll try to explain how ICT and some specific ICT tools can improve the learning ability of students with different disabilities; I'll begin by explaining the types of disability and difficulties of Disabled students; later I'll explain what are the specific ICT tools and how some specific ICT tools Enable to Disabled students in learning, accessibility and assistive technology can make a significant difference to educating these students but only if it is used appropriately. This paper then discusses some barriers to implement and give suggestions how to improve or how to overcome these barriers.
