Abstract

In India many educational institutions are adopting the advanced technology of learning like PowerPoint, Educom etc. This changing methodology is imposing pressure on teachers and confllict in their family life. In regard to stress, age and gender related differences can be observed. Present paper studies these differences empirically. The paper reviews stress in general and aims at bringing out the relationship between the demographical variables such as age, gender andthe level of stress in balancing life of a teacher.
