Abstract

The phenomenon of deposit money banks in Nigeria neglecting the strategic importance of digital labour to business growth often leads to low patronage, weak financial impact, and lowprofitability. Therefore, the study investigated the relationship between digital labour and deposit money banks effectiveness in Nigeria. Descriptive survey design was adopted for the study with a sample size of226. The data were collected with the use of questionnaire. Simple linear regression analysis was used to test the formulated hypotheses. The Findings show thatthe use of automated machines positively relates to efficiency. Also, that there is a significant relationship between adoption of Artificial Intelligence and efficiency of deposit money banks in Nigeria. It was concluded that effective adoption and management of digital labour adequately ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction and enhance service quality.
