Abstract

Unarguably, studentsconstitute a critical segment of the populationsas theyare potential leaders of tomorrows. their abilityto assumetheir futureleadership responsibilities efficientlyhowever, depends on whetherthey areproperly nurtured rightly equipped and imbued with desirable societal norms and value re- orientation thatwould make them agentsandcatalysts for unprecedented national transformation. This therefore requires providing them withenabling and studentsfriendlylearningenvironment thatwould help toawaken/ activate their interestand positively, unlock and channel their potential youthful energies towards venture thatare productive for theirbetterment and that of the nation. Suchventuresmust be satisfyingandengagingto sustain their vibrant and insatiable interest thereby forestallingtheiremolumentsin social vices. This is actually the reason why managementof schoolsshould bethe prerogative ofmission.
