A method to label Neooplectana carpocapsae by incorporating 3H-labelled compounds into the culture medium is reported. The labelled nematodes exuded radio-active compounds on incubation in the haemolymph of Galleria mellonella larvae. The method reveals vast potential for utilisation in studies on host-parasite relationships of nematods.
