Three experiments with different methods of nematode inocula, applied at spawning and casing time, were conducted for evaluation of yield losses in sprophores of Agaricus bisporus due to Aphelenchoides sacchari. The nematode caused 50–100% yield losses. The trends in mushroom yields in nematode infested and un infested compost are discussed.
