Relative susceptibility of seventeen greengram as well as blackgram varieties against Rotylenchulus reniformis were tested in replicated pot culture experiments. The greengram varieties, ML-80, ML-62, TT-SE, Pusa-103, PDM-14 and blackgram cultivars, Ratnapur-l, UG-201, UG-135 showed resistant reaction to the best nematode species. Reaction of other varieties were moderately resistant to highly susceptible.
