Globocephalonema Krishnanii Gen. n., Sp. n. is described from the body cavity of earthworms of Lampito mauritii (Megascolecidae). The new genus is characterised by amphids deep pocket with rims. Head distinctly demarcated by amphids. Excretory pore anterior to oesophageal bulb. Caudal suckers present in both the sexes. Copulatory apparatus present.
