Efficacy of some pesticides on Meloidogyne incognita and Rotylenchulus reniformis infesting pigeonpea
Abstract
Four chemicals, two systemic and two non-systemic, were tested against Meloidogyne incognito and Rotylenchulus reniformis. Fensulphothion proved significantly better in reducing the final nematode population as well as increasing the growth parameters of the host plant. pegionpea cv Bahar. Gama BHC showed a better nematicidal property than DBCP.
