Abstract

Coslenchus diverslls sp. n., C. erectus sp. n. and Filenchus brevis sp. n. from the rhizospheres of Cupressus torulosa, Acacia auriculiformis and Juglans ragia respectively, are described and figured. C. diversus sp. n. (♀: L = 0.55 mm; a = 32.0; b = 6.4; c = 5.2; v = 64.0) comes close to C. mu1tigyrus but differs irihaving smaller body length, more posteriorly located vulva and a distinct vulva membrane. C. erectus sp, n. (♀: L = 0.47 mm; a = 28.5; b = 6.2; c = 5.2; V = 65.0) is distinguished from closely related C. alacinatus in having well developed lateral membranes about two body annules long, and more anteriorly located excretory pore. Filenchus brevis sp. n.(♀: L = 0.51 mm; a = 35.4; b = 5;6; c = 3.5; V= 55.0) differs from most of the described species of Filenhus in having a smaller body and anteriorly located vulva
