Effect of entomogenous nemamode, Steinernema feltiae (Rhabditida: Steinernematldae) to the pre-pupa, pupa and adult of Spodoptera litura (Noctuidae: Lepidoptera)

Abstract

The entomophilic nematode, Steinernema feltiae, (DD-136) when tested against pre-pupa, pupa and adult of Spodoptera litura at 10,000, 1000 and 100 nematodes, resulted in complete mortality of the insect. Pupa was less susceptible than pre-pupa and adult.
