Seven known species of Paratylenchlls, P. lepidus Raski, 1975, P. micoletzkyi Edward er al., 1967, P. nawadus Khan et al., 1967, P. neoprojectus Wu & Hawn, 1975, P. obtusicaudatus Raski, 1975, P. projectlls Jenkins, 1956and P. tateae Wu & Townshend, 1973 and two new species are reported from Haryana (India). P. neoprojectus and P. tateae are new records from India. Diagnostic characters of new species are: P. rotundicephalus sp. n.—Females.—L=306–376μm, V = 81–84, spear = 26–27 μm; head hemispherical, body straight behind vulva, tail with finely rounded terminus. Males common with conoid-truncated head. P. triincisus sp. n.—Females.—L = 272–318 μm, V = 79–81, spear = 16 μm; head with distinct depression near oral aperture; lateral lines 3; tail with pointed to finely rounded terminus. Males common with conoid-truncated head and dorsally curved tail. A key to the Indian species of the genus is given.
