On the Attractiveness of Paddy Seedlings to Aphelenchoides Besseyi

Factors influencing attraction of Aphelenchoides besseyi to paddy seedlings were investigated. Age of seedlings, temperature, placement of nematodes and developmental stages influenced attraction of nematodes to the seedlings. Basal part of seedling appeared to be the main source for release of the possible attractants.
