Abstract

Studies have been made to determine the effect of Aspergillus niger and Pythium aphanidermatum and their culture filtrates with Meloidogyne incognita on germination of seeds of tomato. Plants were treated separately and in combination with all the three microorganisms. Highest reduction in germination was observed in the plants treated with A. niger either alone or in combination with other microorganisms.
