Abstract

Indaphelenchus gen.n. collected from insect habit under the bark of Albizzia lebbek is described. Diagonstic features of the new genus are: L=0.35–0.41 mm; head high; oesophageal gland lobe short; uterus with unembyonated eggs, post vulval uterine sac vey long; female tail long, filiform. Males with spikate tail; spicules separate, apex extending towards dorsal body wall, ventral rostrum pointed and prominent; bursa and gubemaculum absent.
