Growth of mungbean as influenced by different initial inoculum levels of Meloidogyne incognita

Initial inoculum level of 0.5 level of soil was the minimum damaging threshold of M. incognita on cvs PS-16 and Pusa Baisakhi of mungbean and the reproduction of nematode was found to be density dependent with higher rate of multiplication at lower inoculum levels.
