An effort was made to contain the jute root-knot nematode through an integrated approach with inclusion of phytosanitary, cultural, organic soil amendment and synthetic chemical components. The treatment quite effectively suppressed the nematode population, kept the infection at significantly low level and was superior to chemical method.
