Abstract

Studies conducted on management of virulent isolates of Meloidogyne incognita on tomato by using indigenous isolates of Glomus fasciculatum showed that Shimoga Banana Isolate of G. fasciculatum (SBI-G.f.) was found to be effective in increasing plant growth development and yield of tomato cv. Pusa Ruby besides reducing the root-knot nematode population and root-knot index.
