Intra-specific morphometric variations in the shape of different characters of the cysts, eggs and cone top structures and also the cluster analysis of the combined characters of different stages revealed that Indore population of Heterodera cajani was different as compared to all other nine populations of H. cajani. Cyst and cone top structures suggest that Indore population of H. cajani was worth of designation as separate species.
