Abstract

Leaf and stem in chopped, shade dried and ground and crushed fresh form of Tithonia reduced the egg hatching and increased the juvenile mortality of Meloidogyne incognita. Application of Tithonia leaf and stem significantly increased the plant growth and decreased the host infestation by root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita.
