An in vitro and in vivo investigation was carried out for the management of Meloidogyne incognita with Crotalaria juncea. Water extract of Crotolaria seed did not show any mortality of second stage juveniles (J2s) of M. incognita. Penetration of root knot nematode into roots of C. juncea was only less than 1% and there was no development at all shows its utility as antagonist crop against M. incognita. Besides, use of plant part for soil incorporation and root dip of tomato showed root-knot control upto 40%.
