Abstract

Investigations were made to find out distribution, occurrence, and population density of Hoplolaimus spp. Results indicate that out of 245 soil samples collected, 169 samples showed the presence of Hoplolaimus spp. with 68.97% of occurrence, 15.61% population density and 129.61% prominence value in and around Udaipur. The results indicated that out of 14 localities surveyed maximum 100% occurrence of Hoplolaimus spp. was recorded in TSV Hostel, while highest population density & prominence value 31.16% & 284.21% were found in Horticulture Farm.
