Plant-parasitic nematodes are responsible for significant agricultural yield losses worldwide, and recent advances in high-throughput sequencing have generated large volumes of nematode omics data. However, the absence of a dedicated, nematology-focused platform limits effective integration and reuse of these datasets, particularly in the Indian context. Here, we report NemaOmics (https://nemaomics.com/), an integrated web-based database developed to curate, organize, and disseminate genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic information on plant-parasitic and beneficial nematodes. The resource incorporates standardized metadata, original annotations, and basic analytical utilities to support comparative and functional studies. NemaOmics represents India’s first dedicated nematode omics resource, and is expected to strengthen data-driven research, diagnostics, and training in nematology.
