Abstract

Quantum cellular automata is a promising nanotechnology that has been recognized as one of the top six emerging technology in future computers. In this paper the method of majority voting scheme is used to develop basic QCA combinational and sequential circuits. We developed QCA subtractive algorithm, combinational circuit algorithms for circuit simulation. We also developed simple D and T flip flops using QCA technology. We verified the proposed algorithm using simulation from QCA DESINGER tool. These algorithms and simulations are useful for building complex QCA circuits.
