Was to find the reliability of the tool designed to capture nursing aptitude among nurses.
Four point Guttman scale was developed and administered among nurses of a selected teaching hospital.
The reliability of the tool was 0.52.
There is scope for refinement of the tool as there was no difference found between nurses’ abilities.
