Adolescent girls are the future mother. They need sound health of both physically and mentally. During this stage they come across major changes in their body, which cause stress among them. The main challenges are managing menstruation. This article is to assess the correlation between the knowledge and level of stress among adolescent school girls. After formal permission and ethical clearance, 387 samples were selected based on the non probability technique. The result showed that there is a relationship between the knowledge and level of stress among adolescent girls. As the knowledge decreases, stress and pain increases among adolescent girls during menstruation.
