Research findings is gathered in 41 tables, Results showed that the changes of total average scores of knowledge and performance in the field of febrile convulsion before and after education in case group were (−78.02), (−61.31), respectively; The results from pretest and post test in control group were (−1.24), (−2. 29). Further more, test of T independent revealed that regarding to average differential of scores of knowledge and performance in two test steps, there is meaningful statistical differences in both groups. (P<0.0001).

The results showed that there is a kind of direct cooperation between the level of knowledge and performance of mothers before and after training in case group.
