Abstract

The researcher aims to assess effect of Jacobson's progressive muscle relaxation therapy to reduce blood pressure among hypertensive patient. Multiple databases were searched focusing of the effect of Jacobson's progressive muscle relaxation therapy to reduce blood pressure.

It was concluded that to reduce blood pressure, progressive muscle relaxation therapy should be follow.
