In India 65 million people are suffering from diabetes. The management of diabetes is multifactorial and people face various health issues. Present study address the objective of assessing the patient's perceived problem areas with diabetes management using a cross sectional survey. The sample size was 150 and selected from the community through house to house survey. Data were collected with a rating scale. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The study revealed that patients suffering from diabetes have emotional (92%), social problems (84%) with the diabetes management. Among that, majority subjects have food related problems (97%).
