Retrosternal goitres presenting with Thyrotoxicosis is very uncommon. The commonest presentation of retrosternal goitre is mediastinal symptoms. Here we present a case of thyrotoxicosis which required radiological imaging, Radioiodine scanning and clinical correlation to establish retrosternal goitre as it's etiology.
